Upon arrival, a £200 security deposit is required via credit or debit card, which will be released upon departure after the accommodation is checked. Additional amenities such as bath robe & slipper sets are available for a fee, and one set of towels per guest and one toilet roll per lodge are provided. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 11pm, and hot tubs and swim spas should not be used after this time to avoid disturbing others on the park.

Guests can enjoy clay pigeon shooting and fly fishing on site, which are open seven days a week from 9am to 5pm. Booking in advance is recommended for clay pigeon shooting, and any single sex parties or group bookings must be approved by Hoseasons before confirmation. The park is also undergoing construction for a new visitor center with a bar, restaurant, amenity shop, and gun room, set to open in the Summer of 2020.
