This very attractive and well appointed two storey cottage has everything you would need to accommodate a family of six for a holiday or short break.
The cottage consists of a lounge / dining room, kitchen and a twin bedded room downstairs. Upstairs is a bunk-bedded room, double bedroom and bathroom.
The lounge room has a light and airy atmosphere with lovely views over adjacent farmland. It is equipped with all standard equipment including dining table with television and dvd player.
There is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge, automatic washing machine, microwave, and all equipment required for a self-catering holiday. In addition there is a shared external utility room which has a tumble dryer, cycle lock-up and drying facilities.
The cottage has 3 bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom has twin beds, and upstairs there is a room with a bunk bed (also suitable for adults) and a double bedroom.. All beds have duvets and covers. The linen is provided and towels can be hired with a small extra cost by prior arrangement. The cottage has double glazing throughout, and has oil central heating with radiators in each room. There is a £1 coin electric meter.
One dog may be allowed, but by arrangement only.
