Able to accommodate up to 10 guests, the property can also be booked with its neighbour, The Garden House, to host larger parties of up to 19 guests in Park House. The Courtyard House offers a blend of Victorian elegance and modern comforts, with a spacious sitting room featuring high ceilings, tall windows, and an open fire. The modern kitchen is well-equipped, and a dining table can seat up to 10 guests for special occasions.

The bedrooms in The Courtyard House are spread across the first and second floors, with a super-king size bedroom and a king-size bedroom on the first floor, both with en-suites. The second floor houses two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin single beds, each with an additional 'day' bed for a third guest if needed. A bathroom is also located on the second floor. The property offers far-reaching rural views and is conveniently located for exploring Dorchester, Ringstead Bay, Weymouth Beach, and Lulworth Cove.

Additional amenities at The Courtyard House include the acceptance of one well-behaved dog upon request, a high chair and travel cot available upon request, and recreational internet access (not intended for business use) that may vary in speed and service.
