The fully equipped kitchen has a microwave, gas cooker, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, and a preparation area.

Outside, there is a large decking area with table, chairs, and loungers to enjoy the sunshine. The caravan also has a large bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, as well as a second toilet and sink. The sleeping arrangements consist of one double bedroom with a wardrobe, and two bedrooms with two single beds and wardrobes. Additionally, there is a double pull-out bed in the lounge area. Parking is permitted in the grass area next to the caravan.

Littlesea Holiday Park offers daytime and evening entertainment for all ages, including a kids club, indoor/outdoor eating options, a shop, takeaway, laundrette, indoor/outdoor heated pools, a multi-sports court, archery, fencing, and more. There is a bus stop opposite the reception that provides transportation to the beach/town.
