The Helena barn conversion, a family-friendly attached property, offers two king ensuite bedrooms and two twin ensuite bedrooms on the first floor, accommodating 2 guests each. On the ground floor, guests will find a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge with a 50" SMART TV, and a personal hot tub outside. The estate's indoor heated swimming pool and sauna, maintained at a comfortable temperature of 30-32 degrees, provide a relaxing environment for guests to unwind.
During term time, guests have exclusive access to the indoor swimming pool for one hour per day per property, with communal swim sessions available on Fridays. During school holidays, guests have exclusive access to the pool each day of their stay, with communal swim days on Mondays and Fridays. The hot tub is available from 8 am to 11 pm daily and is emptied, cleaned, and refilled after each stay. The estate also offers a games room with pool and football tables, an activity suite with badminton and table tennis, a children's outdoor play area, and fishing lakes for guests to enjoy.
