The Rousdon Estate is conveniently located, just a 5-minute drive from Lyme Regis with its famous Cobb and lovely beaches, and only 10 minutes from Axminster where the River Cottage Canteen is located. The house is ideal for exploring the Jurassic Coast, from fossil hunting at Charmouth to visiting the Swannery at Abbotsbury, the Regency town of Sidmouth, and the fishing village of Beer. The property itself offers all home comforts and is equipped to a high standard, with four bedrooms, two en-suite shower rooms, a family bathroom, and a downstairs cloakroom.
