The property includes a well-equipped kitchen, hallway/playroom for children, utility room, downstairs cloakroom, and split-level garden with a patio and lawn area.

The Victorian seaside town of Swanage is a short 15-minute walk away, offering independent cafes, shops, galleries, sandy beaches, and a steam railway. Nearby attractions include the historic Corfe Castle, just 5 miles away, and the National Trust beach at Studland with a 4-mile stretch of sandy beach within a 15-minute drive. The house features a modern kitchen with double electric oven, electric hob, integrated dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, and breakfast bar with stools. The lounge includes a TV and patio doors leading to the balcony with fantastic views.

Parking is available for one car on the driveway, with additional parking in the garage for a small car or storage for bikes, paddleboards, or kayaks. The enclosed rear garden has a patio area and steps leading to a lawned section, while a front terrace offers views of the sea. Amenities include WiFi, bed linen, and towels (beach towels not provided), with guests required to bring bedding for the cot. Pets are not allowed, and guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver. Full travel and key collection instructions will be provided upon receipt of full payment.
