The open-plan kitchen and dining room is modern and spacious, with bi-fold doors leading out to a decked garden terrace. The sitting room is cozy with a wood burning stove and TV. There is a family bathroom and a second shower room for convenience. The well-equipped kitchen includes a range cooker, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer, with a separate utility room housing a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Additional amenities include space for two well-behaved dogs (with a small charge), as well as a stair gate, high chair, and travel cot available upon request. Internet access is provided for recreational use only, with speed and service varying depending on the owner's package.
