The townhouse features a main entrance hall from the parking area, a ground floor bedroom with a 5ft kingsize double bed, a bathroom with a separate shower cubicle, and a 3rd bedroom with a 4ft 6in standard double bed. The open plan lounge/dining room, fully fitted kitchen, and sliding doors to the rear garden are located on the first floor. The second floor houses the master bedroom with a 6ft super kingsize double bed, walk-in wardrobe, and a family bathroom with underfloor heating, a bath, separate shower cubicle, and his & hers basins. The top floor room offers a day bed for one person, with an additional pull-out bed suitable for a child, and distant views of the harbor.

A dedicated parking space and on-street parking are available, and well-behaved pets are permitted by prior arrangement.
