The ground floor of the town-house includes a fully fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar, a conservatory dining area, and a ground floor bedroom with an ensuite shower room. The first floor boasts a living area with a Juliette balcony and sea glimpses, as well as another ensuite bedroom. The second floor houses the master bedroom with an ensuite shower room, as well as a twin bedroom that can be converted into a superkingsize double, with an ensuite bathroom.

Parking is available with one allocated space directly behind the property, as well as first come first served visitors parking for up to 2 hours. The house is equipped with modern amenities such as central heating, hairdryers, flat screen TVs with Freeview, DVD player, and WIFI. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and washer/dryer. Pets are permitted (1 dog or housecat) and smoking is not allowed.
