The property sleeps six guests and comes with private parking and a fully enclosed garden with garden furniture. Situated within the grounds of Swanage Farm, guests can enjoy beautiful countryside views and plenty of enjoyable walks in the surrounding area. Local attractions such as Monkey World, Bovington Tank Museum, and Weymouth Sealife Centre are all within a short car ride away.

The property features an open plan living/dining/kitchen area with Trifold doors leading to the garden, one bedroom on the ground floor with a family bathroom, and two bedrooms on the second floor with a shower room. The kitchen is well-equipped with electric hob and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, freestanding fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Entertainment facilities include a Smart TV, and guests can relax in the garden and patio with outdoor seating area. Private parking with a carport for two cars is provided, and WiFi is available throughout the property.

Guests are advised that no pets are allowed and smoking is not permitted on the premises. Linen and towels are provided, but guests are requested to bring their own beach towels. While a travel cot is not provided, guests are welcome to bring their own. It is important to note that the property is next to a working farm, and tractors may use the lane running behind the property. Full travel and key collection instructions will be emailed to guests upon receipt of full payment, and an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver may be required for the property.
