The house is spread over three floors and offers comfortable accommodation for six guests, with the option to accommodate up to 8 guests using the sofa bed in the second living and games area on the top floor. The ground floor features an open-plan layout with a kitchen, breakfast island, lounge with a feature fireplace, and dining area. Patio doors lead out to a courtyard area with outside seating and a BBQ, perfect for enjoying dinner after a day at the beach. The ground floor also includes a separate utility room and a cloakroom.
