The owners have added luxurious touches such as a roll-top bath in the master bedroom's en-suite.

The ground floor of Smithycroft includes a kitchen, dining/breakfast room, sitting room with fireplace, and a bedroom with a king-size bed. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, another bedroom with a king-size bed that can be converted into twin beds, and a family bathroom. The fully enclosed garden provides a relaxing outdoor space with dining furniture. Guests can park two cars on the property.

This cottage is an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area, including the Jurassic Coast, Lyme Regis, and Cheddar Gorge.
