The cottage features a ground floor king-size bedroom with an en-suite, a first floor king-size bedroom, and a first floor twin bedroom, along with a first floor shower room. Additional amenities include a ground floor cloakroom, kitchen/diner, sitting room with woodburner and mini bar, and a utility room. Outside, there is off-road parking, an enclosed rear garden with gravel and lawn areas, furniture, barbecue, and a hot tub.
