It is also conveniently located near Sandbanks' stunning beaches and Poole's beautiful harbor, both just a 10-minute drive away.

The cottage features an entrance hall leading to two reception rooms, one with a large flatscreen Smart TV. There is a second living area that opens up to an open plan dining area with wide doors leading to the garden. The fully fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher, gas hob, extractor, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms - two double bedrooms with standard double beds and a third bedroom with twin beds that can be converted into a king-size double. The family bathroom includes a feature roll top bath and a separate walk-in power shower.

Parking is available at the rear of the property for a large vehicle or two medium vehicles in tandem. Services provided include duvets, linen, bath, and beach towels, as well as gas central heating and hairdryers. The cottage also offers WIFI, a large flat screen TV with freeview, and a well-equipped kitchen. Restrictions include no smoking and no pets allowed. Same-day bookings can be accepted if received before 6 pm (4 pm on Sundays), and arrangements can be made for arrivals outside of office hours if requested in advance.

In terms of location, the cottage is close to Tower Park, Castle Point Shopping Centre, New Forest National Park, and Upton Country Park. Sandbanks Beach and Splashdown Waterpark are also nearby attractions worth visiting.
