With one bedroom on the ground floor and a refurbished bathroom, the house offers level access for those who need it. Situated within walking distance of beautiful beaches, cafes, restaurants, and watersports, the house is also close to Poole Harbour and a short drive away from the Jurassic Coast and seaside towns like Bournemouth and Swanage.

Fiddlers, as the house is known, is spread over two floors. The ground floor features an open plan lounge and dining area that leads out to a private garden with a BBQ and outdoor dining set. Additionally, there is a separate kitchen, a double bedroom, and a newly fitted bathroom with a bath and shower. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms - one king and one double - which share a bathroom with a bath and shower.

Guests staying at Fiddlers will have linen and towels included in their stay, and they also have access to a kayak during their visit.
