The ground floor of the cottage contains a cosy sitting room with a TV and DVD player, as well as a digital radio, for entertainment, as well as a woodburning stove to establish a cosy atmosphere. A separate dining area in this room provides the perfect place to sit and savour your meals. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for preparing said meals, coming with an electric oven and induction hob, a microwave, and a fridge-freezer, as well as a dishwasher for cleaning up afterwards and a washer/dryer for convenience. This floor also has a wet room and a separate WC. The bedrooms are upstairs, with a double bedroom with a king-size bed, as well as a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. This floor also has a family bathroom with separate bath and shower.

Outside is a south-facing garden, complete with summerhouse, patio and lawn, which extends onto open farmland and offers some spectacular rural views. The surrounding area is rich with wildlife and offers some superb walking routes.

In the surrounding area you'll find a range of appealing local pubs, and the village of Wool is just a mile and a half away offering various amenities. The towns of Dorchester and Wareham are also less than a half-hour drive away. The Jurassic Coast is, of course, a major draw of this property, with the stunning horseshoe-shaped Lulworth Cove around three miles away.
