The first floor of the cottage includes a master bedroom with zip and link beds, as well as a single bedroom with a 'secret door' leading to a shared en-suite bathroom. On the second floor, there is a King-size bed with an adjoining en-suite shower room. The house provides privacy for families or couples with its two en-suite bedrooms. Guests should be cautious of the steep stairs in the property, especially when traveling with children. Outside, there is a small 'Yarden' where guests can enjoy a glass of wine before heading out for the evening.

A parking permit is provided for free on-street parking or in a nearby car park. Guests can follow specific directions to locate the cottage from the harbour bridge. Nearby attractions include the beach, Durdle Door, and the Dorset and East Devon Coast.
