The property is within walking distance of the lovely Charmouth beach, local pubs, and shops, making it convenient for guests to explore the area. Upon entering the cottage, guests will find a spacious entrance hall leading to a lounge/diner area with comfortable sofas, a TV, and French doors opening onto a patio. The well-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher, while a separate utility room houses a washer/dryer. The ground floor also features a wet room with a shower and WC. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms - a Master double bedroom with a king size bed and TV, and a triple bedroom with three single beds. The first-floor bathroom has a shower over the bath and a WC. Outside, there is an enclosed patio area with a table and chairs.
