The apartment features a SuperKing zip & link bed in the bedroom, which can be converted into twin beds upon request. The living area includes a lounge/dining room with seating, a flat screen TV, and a double sofa bed, as well as a dining table for four people.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, microwave, and fridge freezer. Additional amenities include gas central heating, WiFi, and bed linen and towels provided (beach towels not included). A travel cot and high chair are available upon request, but guests must bring their own linen for the cot. Parking is available in the garage for one small car (VW Golf size), with additional parking options nearby for larger vehicles.

Guests should be aware that due to the central location of the apartment, some noise can be expected. Pets are not allowed at this property, and guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver. Full travel and key collection instructions will be emailed to guests upon receipt of full payment.
