Featuring wide doors and all ground floor accommodation with level access, The Old Rectory Lodge has been carefully furnished with antique furniture and floral fabrics to create a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The generous sitting room is the perfect space to unwind, with well-stocked bookshelves, a television, and a feature stone fireplace with a gas fire. French doors open onto a sunny garden terrace with garden furniture, offering beautiful views over the extensive lawned garden. Guests can also enjoy the on-site tennis court for some exercise.
The cottage boasts a large family dining kitchen with modern amenities, including a large fridge, dishwasher, and Everhot cooker. There are two well-appointed bedrooms, one with a super-king size bed and doors to the garden, and a separate snug and dressing room. The second bedroom has twin single beds, and there is a family shower room and a separate cloakroom off a wide hallway. Nearby attractions include the village of Cattistock with a pub, stores, and post office, as well as the Dorset coast and outstanding countryside for exploration.
Guests should note that one small/medium dog is welcome at the property, with a small additional charge. The family shower room is accessed through the principal super-king size bedroom. Internet access is available for recreational use only, and the speed/service may vary.
