The Dovecote is a modern architect-designed home in Swanage, Dorset, located near the town center and the beach. The house sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms, with a king-size bed and en suite in the master bedroom, and a well-decorated twin bedroom. The living space is open and light, with a sociable open-plan layout that includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a decked balcony for outdoor entertaining. Downstairs, there is a small courtyard with a Mediterranean feel.

The bedrooms are located on the ground floor, accessed through an inner hall. The master bedroom features a curved wall for added interest and an en suite shower room, while the twin bedroom has access to the family bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, and more. Entertainment amenities include a TV with freeview, and WiFi is available throughout the property. Parking is available for one car, with additional visitor parking on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Dovecote does not allow pets or smoking on the property, and children under the age of 5 are not permitted.
