The property features a chic and excellent grading, with a private under-croft parking bay on the grounds big enough for a 4 by 4 motor vehicle. Originally designed in 1884 by architect Charles T Miles, who also designed Westbourne Library and other listed buildings, the apartment retains its original stained glass windows. Guests are provided with bed linen and bathroom towels at the start of their stay, as well as a welcome pack to get them started. WIFI usage is included at no extra cost, and there is the option to request a cot for a young baby.

Check-in and check-out can be done without any person-to-person contact.
