Situated on the shores of Poole Harbour, guests can enjoy a short walk to the beach for watersports activities and Ham Common nature reserve. The mobile park home features an open plan lounge, dining, and kitchen area, with a living room that includes a sofa bed and access to a wrap-around balcony with outside seating.

The main bedroom boasts a 5ft kingsize double bed, wall-mounted TV, fitted wardrobe, dressing table area, and USB points, while the second bedroom offers 2 small single beds that can be pushed together to make a double, along with a fitted wardrobe. The family bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, sink, and toilet. Rockley Park facilities are available for guests to enjoy, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, restaurants, an amusement arcade, live entertainment lounge, mini-market, and launderette.

Guests can purchase park passes for access to the facilities and entertainment, with options available for different durations and passes can be bought in advance. The park is closed from 4 Nov to 15 March. The park home includes two car parking spaces, duvets and linen, gas central heating, a hairdryer, flat-screen TVs in the living room and master bedroom, a DVD player, communal WIFI, and a kitchen with an oven, gas hob, fridge with freezer, and microwave. Restrictions include no smoking and only one dog permitted. Same-day bookings are accepted before 6pm (4pm on Sundays), and arrangements can be made for arrivals outside of office hours if requested before the designated times.
