The open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, utility room, cloakroom, family bathroom, and two bedrooms provide a comfortable and relaxing space for guests.

Hoods is the perfect place to gather, whether you are looking for a peaceful retreat to relax and recharge, or a space to enjoy with friends while cooking and sharing meals together. The large decked terrace allows guests to take in the beauty of the surrounding Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty at Kingsland Farm, where they can observe wildlife such as tawny owls, pheasants, roe deer, and badgers.

Guests will receive a voucher to use at the local farm shop instead of a traditional welcome hamper. The property features underfloor heating throughout and welcomes up to two well-behaved dogs for a small additional charge. Dog washing facilities are available near the parking area, including a dedicated dog bath with towels provided. A travel cot and high chair can be requested, but guests must bring their own cot linens.
