The Byrea, a ground floor barn conversion apartment, includes a double ensuite bedroom, a twin ensuite bedroom, an open plan kitchen with dining for 4, and a lounge with comfortable leather sofas. The south-facing patio offers views of the lush green lawn and open countryside.
The estate boasts a 12.5-meter indoor heated swimming pool and sauna housed in a pine log cabin, providing guests with a relaxing environment to unwind. The pool is heated to a comfortable 30-32 degrees using renewable energy and is kept clean and safe with a UV system and chlorine. During term time, guests have exclusive access to the pool for one hour per day per property, with communal swim sessions available on Fridays. During school holidays, guests have daily exclusive access to the pool, with communal swim days on Mondays and Fridays. The games room features a coin-operated pool table, football table, and retro quiz machine, as well as free board games and books. The activity suite offers badminton, table tennis, and toys, while the children's outdoor play area and fishing lakes provide additional entertainment options.
