The caravan is situated in a quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac in Lytchett Bay View, with a bright and welcoming interior that has a 'seaside' feel. It is furnished to a high standard with wooden floors and rugs in the lounge area, double glazing, and central heating.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a full-sized gas cooker, fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, and electric kettle, as well as plenty of cupboard space for storage. The dining area includes a light wooden table with four chairs, while the generous lounge features free-standing furniture, a sofa bed for additional sleeping space, a modern gas fire, and a flat-screen TV. The patio doors lead to an enclosed sun terrace with a fold-up table and garden chairs.

The twin bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe, and there is also a family toilet and shower room. Dogs are welcome in most of the caravans at no extra charge, as long as no damage is done and no extra cleaning is required. Bed linen, towels, and tea towels are not provided, so guests will need to bring their own.

Located on a lake, this mobile home in Poole is close to attractions such as New Forest National Park, Bournemouth Beach, and Splashdown Waterpark.
