Benville Cottage is the ideal destination for a holiday with a touch of class, sleeping up to 4 people in a 17th-century Grade-II-listed property which still retains many of its original features. It's located in the hamlet of Benville, in a perfect place to spend a holiday exploring the wonders of West Dorset.

The cottage has a cosy sitting room which is lent a traditional feel by features like exposed beams, a wood-burning stove in the fireplace, and an oak floor. More modern amenities include a TV with DVD player and a radio/CD player. The dining room has a six-person oak table, and for all your self-catering needs there's a well-appointed kitchen with a two-oven Aga, a combination oven and microwave, an electric hob, a fridge, a freezer, and a dishwasher. Added conveniences include the utility room with washer/dryer and the cloakroom with a WC.

There's a single bedroom on the ground floor, complete with the original window seat. On the first floor you'll find the master bedroom, with a king-size bed as well as space for a travel cot, and a double bedroom. There's also a family bathroom here, with a shower over the roll-top bath.

The cottage's enclosed garden covers three-quarters of an acre and makes a perfect place for enjoying those sunny days. As well as the three spacious terraced areas, you'll find the rest of this green space filled with flowers, trees and fruit bushes, with butterflies and other wildlife thriving here.
