Our holiday home, Avon Rose, is a luxurious and modern 2-bedroom caravan located in Poole, Dorset, in the South West of England. Situated in a quiet cul de sac on The Birches, the caravan boasts an elevated sunny plot with a sun terrace and is just a short walk away from amenities and a lovely sandy beach with water sports. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, and all necessary utensils. The spacious lounge/diner features free-standing furniture, a 43" flat screen TV/DVD, and patio doors leading to the sun terrace.

The master bedroom in Avon Rose has a king-sized bed, en-suite toilet and basin, and large fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe, with an additional toilet and shower room available. Pets are allowed in this dog-friendly caravan at no extra charge, as long as no damage is done. Bed linen, towels, and tea towels are not provided, so guests must bring their own. Play passes for Haven activities and facilities are not included in the rental price, but are required for entertainment, pools, and activities.

Located near the beach in Poole, this mobile home is close to attractions such as Poole Harbour, Poole Quay, and Sandbanks Beach.
