The property is beautifully furnished in a contemporary style and equipped with modern amenities. The open-plan living area includes a Juliette balcony, dining area, and kitchen. The master bedroom features a kingsize double bed, while the second bedroom has a single bed with a pull-out superkingsize option. The family bathroom includes a bath with a shower over it.

Parking is available with a permit provided for one vehicle in the adjacent Quay Visitors multi-storey car park. Services provided include duvets, linen, bath, and beach towels, as well as gas central heating and hairdryers. Technological amenities include WIFI, a 3D TV, a Blue Ray player, and a CD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, and washer/dryer. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Same-day bookings can be accepted if received before 6pm (4pm on Sundays) when the office closes. Arrangements can be made for arrivals outside of office hours if requests are received before the specified times. The apartment is located in Poole Old Town, with nearby attractions such as New Forest National Park, Lighthouse, Poole's Centre for the Arts, and Tower Park. Guests can also visit Splashdown Waterpark and Sandbanks Beach. Please note that there are currently communal corridor works underway in the building until October 2023, which may cause occasional noise during working hours.
