The cottage sleeps 2 people and offers a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, along with an open-plan living and dining area equipped with a digital television and DVD player. Guests can also enjoy the games building, which is stocked with DVDs, books, and board games for entertainment.

Surrounded by the East Devon countryside, Swallow Cottage is ideal for leisurely walks and is a short drive away from popular seaside towns like Charmouth and Lyme Regis. The property features an enclosed garden with an al fresco dining area, as well as access to a heated swimming pool and hot tub for a relaxing dip after a day of exploring. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional charge, but they must be kept on leads due to sheep in the area.

Guests can enjoy private use of the pool area, which is secured with a PIN coded door, and are advised to bring their own pool towels. However, please note that the swimming pool and spa may be unavailable due to COVID-19 policies. Additionally, WiFi is available for recreational use only and may vary in speed and service.
