Dating back to 1891, the property was originally a stable and carriage house before being converted into self-catering holiday apartments in 1977. Private parking is available on the grounds. The accommodation is strictly non-smoking and does not allow pets. Families, couples, and professionals are welcome, but hen/stag parties are not accepted. A complimentary starter pack is provided upon arrival, and a Shopping Service is available for provisions throughout your stay. A refundable security deposit of £175 is required with the balance payment.

The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance to Bournemouth's Blue Flag beaches and the local amenities of Bournemouth Centre. Cleaning is done as normal, with disinfectant cleaning products used due to COVID-19. Linens and hand towels are washed at a minimum of 60 degrees, and bath towels are required to be brought by guests. Weekly cleaning and linen changes are provided for longer stays. The property is near attractions such as Oceanarium, Bournemouth Pier, Tower Park, and Castle Point Shopping Centre, offering opportunities for water adventures and golfing activities.
