The fully fitted kitchen has modern appliances such as a gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, and washer/dryer.

The bedroom has a 5ft kingsize double bed, LG 22-inch flatscreen TV, and LG Blu-ray DVD player. The family bathroom includes a bath with shower over, sink, and toilet. Parking is available with a permit for one vehicle in the adjacent Quay Visitors multi-storey car park. Duvets, linen, bath, and beach towels are provided, along with central heating and a hairdryer. Technology amenities include flatscreen TVs, Blu-ray DVD players, a Sony music system, broadband, and telephone. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, and washer/dryer.
