The property is ideal for family holidays and celebrations with friends, offering amenities such as board games, a roll top bath, a media room for teenagers, and a hot tub for all to enjoy day and night.

Guests can look forward to a welcome basket of local, homemade treats upon arrival, including freshly baked bread, free-range eggs, home-baked treats, jam, milk, and a selection of Dorset teas and ground coffee. The property also provides a welcome basket of logs for the fire, and a high chair and travel cot are available upon request. Up to three well-behaved dogs are welcome for a small additional charge, and guests are responsible for enforcing safety rules regarding the use of the hot tub.

It is important to note that internet access at the property is for recreational use only and may vary in speed or service. A damage waiver is not included, but instead of a traditional Damage Deposit, the owner will hold a 'card on file' for security purposes. Instructions on how to provide this information in a safe and secure manner will be sent to guests a few days before their arrival.
