Upon entering the property, guests will find a well-equipped kitchen/dining room at the front of the house, complete with modern appliances such as a ceramic hob, double electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. The dining table extends to seat 8-10 people, perfect for family meals. The spacious living room at the rear of the property features a flat-screen television with freeview and DVD player, with large sliding doors leading to the courtyard garden, which includes a seating area and separate dining area for outdoor dining. The ground floor also includes a cloakroom and access to a garage area for bike or water sports equipment storage.

The first floor of the property houses the second bedroom with a kingsize double bed and ensuite bathroom, a third bedroom with another kingsize double bed, and a fourth bedroom with two sets of bunk beds suitable for children.
