Outside, there is a front gravelled area where guests can enjoy the sunset after a busy day.

Vintage railway enthusiasts will be delighted to know that the restored Swanage Railway line is located in front of the cottage, offering nostalgic steam engine rides. The Purbeck Hills provide scenic walks right from the doorstep, and nearby attractions such as Swanage beach, Corfe Castle, and the South West Coast Path offer plenty of activities for visitors.
