Spanning three acres, The Farmhouse features various outdoor areas for different activities, including expansive grassy areas, a small woodland, a wild gravel garden, and a mature garden. Its proximity to the coast and Cornwall's surf beaches make it an ideal base for beach lovers. The 16th Century Farmhouse, the centrepiece of the property, has been lovingly restored and modernized over the years, blending old-world charm with contemporary comforts.

The Farmhouse boasts four bedrooms that can accommodate up to eight guests, along with three spacious reception rooms for relaxation and unwinding. The fully equipped kitchen and outdoor Gozney pizza oven on the terrace provide opportunities for alfresco dining with stunning views of the Cornish countryside and the Tamar river. The layout and amenities of the farmhouse make it perfect for gatherings with family and friends, offering a comfortable and inviting space for all guests.

For larger groups, additional accommodation can be arranged by booking the neighboring properties, The Red Barn and The Cob. The Farmhouse welcomes one well-behaved dog and is child-friendly, with a travel cot available upon request. Bedding is non-feather, off-road parking is provided for two cars, and a charcoal barbecue is available for guest use. It is important to note that the top bunk in bedroom four is only suitable for children aged 8 or over.
