It sleeps up to 8 people across 4 bedrooms and offers wonderful sea views from balconies and a decked terrace. The house is set over 4 floors and is just a short downhill walk to a 2-mile stretch of surfing sands and village facilities such as shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants. The resort of Westward Ho! offers great amenities, but there are also plenty of attractions to explore within easy driving distance, including coastal villages, the Hartland Peninsular, and family attractions like The Big Sheep and Dartington Crystal.

The property is family-friendly, with amenities such as a highchair, stair gate, and travel cot provided. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is prohibited. The house features 4 bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms, a family bathroom, separate WC, living room, open plan kitchen, dining, living room area, and gas central heating. Utilities include 2 electric eye level ovens, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, drinks fridge, washer/dryer, and a coffee machine. Other amenities include 3 Smart TVs, a Blu-ray player, kettle, toaster, iron, linen and towels, and WiFi.

Outside, there are balconies, a decked terrace with patio furniture, and a gas BBQ. There is also under decking storage for surfboards and wetsuits, as well as private parking for 2 cars outside the property. The house does not have wheelchair access, and a car is advised for getting around. Guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver. Full travel and key collection instructions will be emailed directly to guests upon receipt of full payment.
