The property has been recently refurbished to a high standard, featuring four good-sized bedrooms and three bathrooms, making it an ideal holiday spot for friends or families looking to vacation together. The house includes modern amenities such as a Smart TV, WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large island and seating area. There is a front lawned garden with sea views, as well as a rear garden with countryside views and a patio area with table and chairs. Parking is available for up to 4 cars in the driveway.

The accommodation includes a hallway, WC, kitchen/seating area, and an open plan living/dining room on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, two ensuite shower rooms, and a family bathroom with a bath and shower. The beds consist of two King Size, one Double, and one Twin with the option to convert to a Super King. Bed linen and towels are provided, and additional amenities such as a high chair, travel cot, and stairgate are available upon request.

Guests can enjoy nearby attractions such as Arlington Court, Ilfracombe Harbour, and Marwood Hill Gardens. Short breaks are available out of season, and smoking is not allowed on the property. A refundable Accidental Damage Deposit may be required, and pets are allowed by prior arrangement with an additional charge. Full travel and key collection instructions will be provided upon receipt of full payment for the vacation home.
