The first floor offers three additional bedrooms, including a King-size with ensuite and two Twin Zip n link beds, as well as a family bathroom.

Located just outside Woolacombe, Mortehoe village boasts a heritage centre, pubs, shops, and secluded coves perfect for rockpooling. Woolacombe itself offers miles of sandy beach, ideal for surfing, as well as various dining, shopping, and entertainment options. The South West Coastal Path runs along this scenic part of North Devon, and Exmoor National Park is a short drive away. The property also includes amenities such as Smart TV, superfast broadband, a games room with a football table, gas central heating, a wood burner, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances.
