Butterwell Barn is a newly converted property with two 'master' bedrooms with super-King size beds and two bedrooms with 'zip and link' beds that can be singles or joined to make super-King size beds. The open plan kitchen/living/dining area, study, utility room, and cloakroom provide ample space for guests. Outside, there is parking for up to four cars and a large stone terrace with a garden table, sun loungers, and a firepit/barbecue.
Amenities at Butterwell Barn include an inset gel fire, wall-mounted TV with Sky Q, Bluray player, and a bluetooth speaker. The kitchen features a Nexus Rangemaster cooker, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and larder. Bed linen, towels, and beach towels are provided. The property also has a fully enclosed stone terrace with seating, sun loungers, deck chairs, and a fire pit that can be used as a charcoal barbecue or pizza oven. Strictly no smoking is allowed on the premises.
