The house can accommodate up to eight guests in its four bedrooms, including two doubles with en suite shower rooms, a bunk room, and a twin room, along with additional bathroom and ground floor shower room. The ground floor features a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy sitting room with an open fire and dining table, and a snug with a sofa bed. Outside, there is a large garden with a sun terrace, furniture, barbecue, lawn, and orchard, offering great sea views and direct access to the beach.

Amenities at Aymer Path include central heating, underfloor heating, a microwave, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with DVD player, WiFi, phone, and off-road parking for three cars. Bed linen, towels, cot, and highchair are provided, with fuel and power included in the rent.
