The coastal path passes below the cottages, providing access to miles of superb walking along craggy cliffs and sandy coves from Dartmouth to Salcombe.

The cottage features an entrance hall leading to a utility room and downstairs shower room, a large living room with sea views, a log burner, and a dining table for 8. The kitchen offers views out to sea and is equipped with an electric cooker and dishwasher. The first floor includes a double bedroom with stunning views, a small double bedroom, and a bathroom with a bath and shower. The top floor has two 3ft beds and bunk beds, also with wonderful views.

Outside, a rough track leads to the cottages, with No. 1 having its own private area and driveway with table and benches. A communal clothesline and access gate to Ivy Cove beach are also provided. Additional amenities include a games room/den with a TV, DVD player, and table tennis table. Parking for one car is available, with further parking (chargeable) on Lannacombe beach. Bed linen, heating, electricity, and a basket of logs and coal in winter are included, with limited mobile reception and wifi available. Local facilities include nearby beaches, a farm shop, and pubs in Beesands and East Prawle.
