The lounge includes 2 settees, one of which is a large single bed settee, TV, and DVD player, while the dining area features a table and chairs. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite shower room, the second bedroom has bunk beds and a single bed, and the small bedroom has a child's bed and wardrobe. An additional single folding bed is available if needed.

The family shower room features a walk-in glass shower cubicle, sink, and toilet. The property is conveniently located near Preston Sands, shops, family pubs, and restaurants, in a quiet residential area. There is a car park and garden at the rear of the house, with a parking space for each apartment. Free WiFi is available, and the main changeover days are Friday or Monday. Short breaks of 4 nights midweek or 3 nights on weekends are available outside of the main holiday season, with weekly stays also an option. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests, with cots and highchairs provided free of charge upon prior arrangement. Towels can be provided for a small extra charge, but beach towels are not included.
