Located in Colyton, Devon in the South West of England, this lovely detached house sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. Situated near the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Windy Ridge features a great garden and parking for up to three cars on the driveway. The house is a short walk from shops and inns in the historical town of Colyton and the nearby River Coly, offering beautiful views of the surrounding countryside from the rear garden and some rooms in the house.

The accommodation includes a living room with comfortable seating and a woodburner, a bright kitchen with modern appliances, a boot room for storage, and a small W.C. with a washing machine and tumble dryer on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms, one bunk room, and a bathroom with a shower over the bath. Gas central heating and WiFi are included, along with bed linen and towels (beach towels not provided). Outside, there is a lovely garden with a decked area and seating for 6, although the garden studio is not for guest use.

Guests are welcome to bring one dog, which must be kept downstairs only. Smoking is not allowed on the property. Guests may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver, and further details will be provided before the holiday. The vacation home is conveniently located near attractions such as East Devon, Seaton Wetlands, Seaton Jurassic, and Pecorama, with opportunities for outdoor activities and events in the area.
