An ideal location for exploring the spectacular beaches, rugged coastline and character villages in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with walking or cycling along the Tarka Trail closeby. Many tourist attractions including RHS Garden Rosemoor, Dartington Crystal and Lundy Island (ferry available from Bideford) are all easily accessible and the splendour of Exmoor or the  beauty of North Cornwall are both just a 40 minute scenic drive.
