The Orchard is a traditional upside-down cottage located near Okehampton in Devon, South West England. It sleeps six people in three bedrooms, including a ground floor king-size double and a second floor mezzanine double. The cottage also features an annex with a king-size four-poster bed and luxury bathroom. The open plan living area includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside, there is a front patio with furniture, off-road parking, and a small enclosed garden with seating.

Amenities at The Orchard include electric heating, an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, Smart TV with Netflix, Freeview, and more. The cottage also offers a barbecue on request, fuel, power, and a starter pack for the stove included in the rent. Bed linen, towels, and bathrobes for the hot tub are also provided. The front enclosed patio area features a hot tub under a pergola with a sliding roof, while the rear garden offers stunning views over Yes Tor, the highest point on Dartmoor. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome for a supplement per pet, per stay.
