Stag and hen parties are not permitted, and smoking and pets are not allowed on the property. The stairs to the first floor have no handrail, and there are steps throughout the property. Neighbouring properties should be respected, with no loud music after 10pm. The garden can be enclosed by closing the driveway gates.
