The driveway provides parking for two vehicles, and the property is located next to the Tarka Trail, ideal for bike rides along the North Devon coast. Bed linen, towels, and WIFI are provided, and two dogs are welcome at an additional charge. The property is also suitable for those with restricted mobility.

Booking information is available through an external channel, with full payment required if arrival is within 10 weeks. A deposit of 50% plus a non-refundable booking fee is due for bookings made 10+ weeks in advance. Extras such as a highchair, travel cot, and dog fees can be requested directly with Ocean Cottages. The hot tub is emptied, cleaned, and refilled with water and chemicals for each guest's arrival. Access to the property is via a keysafe, with detailed instructions provided before arrival.
