On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms: one double with a 4ft 6in bed, one twin with 3ft single beds and an en suite shower room, and another twin with 2ft 6in single beds (suitable for children). There is also a family bathroom with a bath and shower. The property includes a washing machine/tumble dryer under the stairs. Outside, there is a private enclosed garden with a garden table, chairs, and a charcoal barbecue, perfect for enjoying the sunny weather.
